How to submit your items:

1) Mail your items to address below including the following:

-Your order #

-Clearly labeled items on where to sign/what color. (Directly on item!!)

*If items are not labeled, we will use our best judgment on color/placement of signature.

-Items are due no later than December 9th.

*You may drop off your items if local.

2) You must include your own return shipping label.

*You may pick up your items if local.
