LABELED ITEMS CLEARLY WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER #, COLOR, AUTOGRAPH & INSCRIPTION LOCATION. DIRECTLY ON ITEM. NOT ON LOOSE PAPER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT LABELED CORRECTLY.

*If items are not labeled, we will use our best judgment on color/placement of signature.
-Items are due no later than July 20th.
*You may drop off your items if local.

2) You must include your own return shipping label.
*You may pick up your items if local.
